ANS
ANS - Autonomous Navigating Solution - is a differentiated breakthrough solution that can be mounted on a mobile robot to create a map around the destination and enable autonomous travel to the target point in real time.

Do not need to change everything to make your robots autonomous
A Package that can be added to existing robots
ANS - a light and small unit, can be easily mounted on your own robot. The robot is controlled by motor control (PWM) signals from ANS.
Proprietary mapping algorithms of Polaris3D create highly precise 3D maps that allow autonomous navigation of robots without additional construction.
ANS can be added anywhere
Accurate mapping & Localization
Unlike existing SLAM based technology, localization is performed based on the pre-built map obtained by the sophisticated mapping process. Therefore, the autonomous driving algorithm operates in real-time even on hardware with limited power consumption of 10 W, and accuracy is maintained at ±30 mm without accumulating errors over time.
Using 3D LiDAR, where data is much more available, permits a wider detection range than existing solutions and lets the system work reliably in complex situations. Also, We solved the dead zone problem of 3D LiDAR using our proprietary 4m range TOF proximity sensor. This sensor makes our solution automatically detect obstacles as well as real-time driving, setting the most effective route.

Providing optimized services that fit customers' needs
Flexible customizing
Autonomous driving algorithms are used in various fields such as logistics robots, forklift robots, and indoor service robots. Polaris3D offers customized products optimized for each available situation, rather than simply presenting a abstract solution
